Criminal and Traffic law expert
In 2018, Vivian was admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia. She has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide.
Vivian joined the team at Woods & Co in 2023. She commenced practising exclusively in Criminal Defence Law after having worked in general practice across a broad range of areas including criminal and civil law in South Australia. She has experience instructing preeminent counsel across all jurisdictions.
She is passionate about achieving successful results for her clients and helping people in particularly difficult times, and hopes that this will translate in her service to you. She is compassionate, organised and thorough in her approach. Her priority is to listen to her clients’ goals and ensure that they are adequately informed at each step of their case.
Vivian is bilingual and speaks Vietnamese. She is a member of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association (SA Branch).
